M&B Paintball - Arrange a Group Booking

ABOUT GROUP BOOKINGS
At M&B Paintball you can reserve the field for a group booking anytime during the paintball playing season. It’s a great way to get together and have fun with a bunch of your friends, your co-workers or even your family or future family. You pick the time and date that is convenient to you (give us a week’s notice) and we’ll be there with rental equipment, experienced personnel and proper safety instruction for everyone to a maximum of 45 people. We need confirmation, usually a deposit of $100 will guarantee your group booking. Without a deposit we can not guarantee the day that you specified. A minimum of 8 people is required to book the field, always invite more people to join you to get the best deal. Group bookings can be a lot of fun, so get creative when you organize it. We’ve seen some people bring good food and drinks, barbeques, tents, prizes, costumes, shirts with targets, blue medical suits, funny hats and crazy unheard of scenario games. Your day starts when you show up and ends when you decide to leave, there is no set amount of time for a booking, so enjoy. COST OF GROUP BOOKINGS Group bookings are available 7 days a week at a time of your choosing. Your $100 deposit will be applied to total cost of rental equipment and field fees. The cost for Sunday regular play with equipment for 1 person is $20 per person. If your group consitsts of 8 to 12 people then the cost of group play with equipment is $15 per person. If your group consitsts of 13 to 17 people then the cost of group play with equipment is $13 per person. If your group consitsts of 18 to a maximum of 45 people then the cost of group play with equipment is $10 per person. Remember this does not include paintballs, $30 per 500 paintballs, $100 per 2000 paintballs. TIPS FOR THE ORGANIZER OF A GROUP BOOKING There are a few things that the organizer can do to make things a little easier for everyone and make the whole process a lot smoother. Here is a checklist below. Find out how many people to better estimate your cost and let us know. Check with those interested for the best date and time convenient to everyone and give us at least one week’s notice. Try to get a deposit from people who sign up, this will generally ensure their commitment. If possible print waiver forms and get everyone to sign them in advance to make things quicker during the start of your booking. Get creative, and tell us your ideas of what you want to do so we are better prepared. Please bring your deposit for the field at least one week prior to the date you want.
